Sam Hoyek

Sam Hoyek has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Sam started their career in 2009 as a Software Engineer at Conversa Solutions, LLC, where they worked until 2016. Sam then joined HARMAN International as a Senior Field Application Engineer from 2016 to 2017. Sam then moved to Bosch USA, where they held the roles of Senior Solution Engineer from December 2017 to April 2021 and Senior Sales Engineer from April 2021 to May 2021. After Bosch, they worked at Aeris Communications as a Technical Program Manager from May 2021 to January 2022. Sam's next position was at Salesforce, where they worked as a Lead Solution Engineer in the Enterprise Solution Engineering team from January 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they are employed at Sonatus as a Senior Presales Engineer, starting in March 2023. Throughout their career, Sam has gained extensive experience in pre-sales engineering, solution engineering, program management, and software development.

Sam Hoyek has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Sam also holds a Certification in Airline/Commercial/Professional Pilot and Flight Crew, which they obtained from ATP Flight School between 2008 and 2009. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in 2022. Previously, in 2008, they obtained a Commercial Pilot (CP) certification and a Private Aircraft Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
