Laura Sommer

Laura Sommer is a sustainability professional with significant experience in various roles focused on corporate responsibility and project management. Currently, Laura serves as the Managerin Nachhaltigkeit at SONAX GmbH since January 2023. Prior to this, Laura was with BAUR-Gruppe from October 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating sustainability initiatives. Earlier positions include working as a Werkstudent in Corporate Responsibility and Project Management at Neue Materialien Bayreuth GmbH, along with an internship at the Chamber of Commerce addressing topics such as digital work and workforce shortages. Laura holds a Master of Arts in International Economics and Governance from the University of Bayreuth and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Rhine-Waal University, complemented by studies at Häme University of Applied Sciences and Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
