James Wood has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. James most recently worked at Sonder as a Senior Customer Success Manager starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Account Executive - Employee Experience (EX) at Qualtrics from April 2021 to September 2022. Before joining Qualtrics, they served as an Associate Sales Director at Expert360 from October 2020 to January 2021 and as an Enterprise Sales Manager from October 2019 to October 2020. James has also worked at Hudson, where they held various managerial roles such as Associate Director - Data & Analytics | Risk & Compliance | Accounting & Finance from March 2018 to July 2019, Associate Director - Data & Analytics | Accounting & Finance from November 2014 to February 2018, and Manager - Accounting & Finance (Banking and Financial Services) - Sydney from October 2011 to November 2014. Prior to their tenure at Hudson, James worked at Hudson in London as a Manager - Accounting & Finance (Banking and Financial Services) from June 2009 to October 2010 and as a Senior Consultant from January 2008 to June 2009. James began their career at Swan iT Recruitment as a Managing Consultant from December 2002 to June 2007.
