Ruby Hou Alexander is the Deputy General Counsel at Sonder. Ruby has over fifteen years of experience as a corporate attorney, with a focus on technology and real estate companies. Prior to joining Sonder, Ruby was a Shareholder at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, where they served on the Technology Industry Group and Real Estate & Construction Industry Group. Ruby has also worked as Associate General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary at Cray Inc., and as an Associate at Perkins Coie LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Ruby began their legal career as a Summer Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and later served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge Donovan W. Frank at the U.S. District Court in Minnesota and as a Summer Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Denny Chin at the U.S. District Court in Southern District of New York. Ruby is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Brown University.
