Laurie White

Laurie White is an experienced mental health professional currently working as a Remote Therapist at Alma since May 2023, providing online psychotherapy in Kansas and Missouri. As the CEO and Founder of Laurie White Coaching, established in May 2018, Laurie specializes in helping high-achieving women overcome challenges related to perfectionism, procrastination, and people-pleasing. Previously, Laurie served as a Behavior Therapist for the Lees Summit R 7 School District from August 2010 to April 2024, facilitating counseling, training, and community resource coordination for students. Earlier experience includes a role as a Therapist at Saint Luke's Health System from July 2001 to August 2010, where Laurie led treatment teams, developed intervention strategies, and provided therapy for youth. Laurie holds an MSW in Social Work from The University of Kansas and a certification in life coaching from Coach Training Alliance.
