SoNE HEALTH
Kit McKinnon has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kit currently holds the position of Director of Care Management at SoNE Health. Prior to this, they also served as the Director of Care Management at the same company. In the past, they worked at Middlesex Hospital as the Manager of Clinical Operations for Center Chronic Care Management for a duration of 25 years. Kit'searliest work experience was at Catholic Medical Center, where they worked as a Diabetes Educator-RN. During their time there, they received mentorship from Liz Kennet RN and obtained their CDE certification in 1995.
Kit McKinnon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare Management which was obtained from the University of Connecticut School of Business in 2015. They also have additional certifications including a Certified Diabetes Educator obtained in December 1995 and a Certified Case Manager certification from CCM.
