Carol Mak

Carol Mak has been working in the music industry since 2017. Carol began their career as an Event Staff for Secret City in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Music Booking Office Assistant at the University of Toronto. In 2019, they worked as a Voice and Piano Instructor at Toronto Arts Academy and a Musical Director for Tunes. Beats. Awesome. A Cappella. In 2020, they worked as an Artist for Songlorious and a Counselor and Content Creator for COSTI. Carol is currently working as a Video Production Assistant for BerkleeNYC since 2022. Carol has also been a Voice Teacher at Freelance Musician/Private Instructor since 2015, offering 30 min - 1 hr long lessons in Classical, pop, & musical theatre styles with virtual lessons offered as an option.

Carol Mak attended the University of Toronto from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Music. Carol then went on to Berklee College of Music, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Creative & Digital Technology in Songwriting/Production, expected to be completed in 2022.
