Savannah Runciman

Savannah Runciman has extensive experience in customer success and operations management, currently serving as Platforms Operations Lead at Songtradr since April 2019. In this role, Savannah oversees the consolidation of support platforms across multiple brands, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth transitions. Previously, Savannah held the position of Senior Manager of Customer Success for various Songtradr brands, including Pretzel and Tunefind, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Prior experience includes managing a customer service department at Promote and serving in sales and customer service roles at ELK Group International and Lazy Susan USA. Savannah earned a Bachelor of Science in Dance from San Diego State University.
