Benjamin Grob has extensive experience in quality management and customer service, currently serving as the Leader of Global Quality Systems, Leader of Global Quality Processes, and Global Head of Customer Service at SONGWON Industrial Group since May 2013. Prior to this role, Benjamin held the position of Manager Customer Service / International Operation EMEA at Huntsman Corporation from June 2006 to January 2013, and served as Order Process Champion and Teamleader Export Logistics at Ciba from 2002 to June 2006. Benjamin Grob is also credentialed as an EOQ Quality Manager.
