Quiána Ruffin

QuiÁna Ruffin, PMP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. QuiÁna began their career at the State of Michigan, where they served as a Departmental Technician and Calculations Assistant, overseeing projects related to tax programs and liaising with international tax programs. QuiÁna then moved on to Duke Energy Corporation, where they worked as a Project Development Technical Assistant and later as a Project Manager, managing multiple projects and driving project planning and execution. At Maestro Health, QuiÁna served as a Project Manager, providing strategic direction and managing complex projects focused on process improvement and implementation. Currently, QuiÁna works at Sonic Automotive as the National Director of Data Privacy and Compliance, spearheading the development and implementation of the company's data privacy and compliance program. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Project Manager and Enterprise Program Manager, responsible for executing large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs and leading enterprise-wide initiatives. Throughout their career, QuiÁna has demonstrated strong leadership skills, collaboration, and a focus on delivering successful outcomes.

QuiÁna Ruffin, PMP holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Sciences from Michigan State University, which they earned from 2011 to 2013. In November 2017, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Recently, in 2022, they obtained additional certifications in Secure Mobile Development, OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional, and Mobile Application Security Foundations from NowSecure and OneTrust.
