Scott Lankford

Scott Lankford is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and food preparation. Currently serving as a Manager at SONIC Drive-In since May 2018, Scott oversees staff training, manages labor and food costs, and ensures high standards of customer service and cleanliness. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Sous Chef at Baylor University, where Scott managed kitchen staff and prepared fresh dishes, and Sous Chef at Steakhouse 85, responsible for the grill station. Additional experience includes positions at Carino's Italian, Iron Skillet, Dairy Queen, and Ryan's Family Steak House, highlighting a strong foundation in culinary techniques and food service operations. Scott holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts from Texas State Technical College Waco.
