Currently serving as Senior Executive Chef at Bon Appétit Management Company and CEO of DM Hospitality Consulting, Chef Maietta has held prominent positions such as Chef De Cuisine at Aziza Restaurant and Executive Chef at Coqueta Restaurants, among others. Educated at the Institute of Culinary Education, Chef Maietta is passionate about collaborating with local chefs, farmers, and influencers to develop innovative culinary projects and partnerships.
