Craig Hayes Maicd

Craig Hayes MAICD has extensive experience in IT and operations management, currently serving as the Director of IT: Infrastructure and IT Operations at Icon Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Craig held the position of Head of Commercial Operations at RSL Queensland from September 2022 to October 2023, and spent nearly a decade at Mastercard, where responsibilities included leading global service operations teams and overseeing business operations for the Payment Gateway Services. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Director at G4S Secure Solutions SA, Managing Director at Niche Communications (Pty) Ltd, and various management roles in client services and production. Craig holds an MBA from the Management College of South Africa, along with further qualifications from Wits Business School and the University of Cape Town.
