Madalina Tanasescu

Madalina Tanasescu is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in technical support and engineering. Currently serving as Manager of Technical Support at SonicWall since July 2022, Madalina leads a global team to enhance customer support experiences, sets performance goals, and provides training and mentoring to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Madalina held the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer at Oracle from April 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing critical customer issues, providing post-sales support, and troubleshooting complex technical problems. Previous experience includes serving as a Service Engineer at Ericsson, focused on network surveillance and maintenance, and as an IT Consultant at International Contracting and Financial Solutions, where skills in client relations and legal protections for online content were developed. Madalina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and a Master's Degree in Project Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
