Madalina Tanasescu is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in technical support and engineering. Currently serving as Manager of Technical Support at SonicWall since July 2022, Madalina leads a global team to enhance customer support experiences, sets performance goals, and provides training and mentoring to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
