Senthil Cheetancheri

Senthil Cheetancheri serves as the Vice President & Sr Distinguished Engineer at SonicWALL Inc. since January 2008, leading the company's Security Services and guiding a highly skilled team of software engineers. Prior experience includes a position as SDE/T at Microsoft, where Senthil worked on the Windows Kerberos Authentication Test Suite, and as a Graduate Researcher at UC Davis, developing worm detection systems and publishing research papers. Additionally, Senthil held roles as a Senior Software Engineer at NetSquared Inc., focusing on environment-aware security design, and as a Sr. Engineer at Wipro Technologies, working on Linux device drivers. Senthil holds a Ph.D. and an MS in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis, as well as a BE in Computer Science & Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
