Silvia Garruzzo

Silvia Garruzzo is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Principal Legal Counsel for Italy and Global Contracts at Sonnedix since December 2020. In this role, Silvia supports the drafting and negotiation of various technical contracts, collaborates with local counsel on legal interpretations, and assists technical teams in strategic commercial decisions. Prior to Sonnedix, Silvia worked as Legal Counsel at Talesun Solar Technologies from May 2014 to October 2020, where involvement included advising on acquisitions, financing transactions, and governance matters. Earlier experience includes positions as Associate in Finance & Project at DLA Piper and Studio Legale Grimaldi e Associati, as well as roles at Yahoo! and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Silvia holds a Master's degree in Business Law from 24ORE Business School and a Law degree from Luiss Guido Carli University.
