Luke Gerard

Luke Gerard has extensive experience in operations leadership roles within the insurance and travel industries. At Sonnet Insurance Company, Luke is currently the Operations Team Leader for both the National Backoffice and Billing department, as well as the Digital Contact Centre. Prior to their role at Sonnet, Luke worked at Booking.com as a Senior Team Lead in the Advanced Roles department, and later as a CS Team Leader in Operations. Luke holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Development Studies from York University.
