Daria Zhuravska

Daria Zhuravska is the Director of Accounting & Risk Management at Sono Motors. Daria has over 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, including leading complex projects in both finance and transactional accounting areas.

Daria started their career at EY in October 2009 as a Senior Project Manager in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services group. During their time at EY, they led a team that developed a concept for a post-carve-out finance organization for a multi-billion-dollar business consisting of more than 20 entities worldwide. Daria also assisted in the preparation of carve-out financial statements.

In their role as workstream leader in a complex project, Daria supported an ambitious and highly innovative start-up company to prepare IFRS financial statements in the course of the preparation to a SPAC transaction.

Daria has expertise in the management of complex projects in finance and transactional accounting areas, including planning, budgeting, team supervision, and coordination with various workstreams and stakeholders. Daria has also prepared stand-alone, consolidated, and carve-out financial statements; prepared businesses for IPOs, carve-outs, SPACs, and other types of transactions; and assessed complex accounting issues.

Daria has converted accounting into IFRS and implemented new accounting standards. Daria has also prepared business requirements for the implementation of consolidation tools, BU reports, data migration, etc. In addition, they have analyzed various KPIs, management

Daria Zhuravska is a Chartered Certified Accountant who specialises in IFRS, Audit, Financial and performance management. Daria has a Master's degree in International Economics from Donetsk National University, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Donetsk Law Institute.
