Katherine Barnes Duncan

Katherine Barnes Duncan is a highly experienced clinical pharmacist with a diverse background in various pharmacy settings. Currently serving as a Clinical Pharmacist at the Sonoma County Indian Health Project since May 2019, Katherine has previously held positions including Infusion Pharmacist at Optum Specialty/Briova Rx Infusion Pharmacy, Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacist in Charge at CVS/Target Pharmacy, and Clinical Pharmacist at VA Pharmacy. With extensive expertise in medication therapy management, patient assessments, and interdisciplinary teamwork, Katherine's career includes significant roles in pharmacy management and compounding, as well as research support during clinical studies at UC San Diego. Katherine holds a PharmD from the University of California, San Francisco, and a B.S. in Physiology and Neuroscience from UC San Diego, along with additional education from College of Marin and College of the Desert.
