Jeremy Lloyd

Jeremy Lloyd serves as the VP of Sustainability at Sonova Group, focusing on environmental strategies and CO2 emission reduction as part of the company's ESG goals. Previously, Jeremy led global operations sustainability initiatives at Medela and managed customer experience and logistics strategy at Johnson & Johnson. With extensive experience at Medtronic, overseeing customer care strategies and significant budgets, and prior roles at Accenture and Hewitt Associates, Jeremy has a strong background in management consulting and operational excellence. Jeremy holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA Hons from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
