Koen de Landtsheer

Koen De Landtsheer currently serves as the Owner of Bright 'n Bold since December 2024. With extensive experience at Sony Electronics since April 2006, Koen has held various leadership roles, including Director of Customer Support Operations and General Manager of Customer Touchpoints and Business Intelligence, overseeing after-sales customer relations for Sony Europe Ltd. Responsibilities have spanned Online Web Support and both Contact and Service Operations. Previous positions at Sony include Head of Contact Operations and Senior Manager for Contact Centre and Service Operations. Prior to joining Sony, Koen worked at Sony Information Technology Europe from February 2001 to April 2006 in roles ranging from Assistant Manager to Customer Support Analyst. Koen holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, completed between 1996 and 2000.
