Aaron Ishikawa has a diverse work experience in the software and technology industry. Aaron started their career in 2002 as a Software Developer at the National University of Singapore, where they developed a prototype Firefox plugin for translation and contextual phrase recommendation.

In 2004, Aaron co-founded Tapi Data Solutions and served as the CTO, responsible for collecting business requirements, designing solution architecture, leading technical development, and resolving key technical challenges.
