Henry

Henry Ma is a seasoned professional in data governance and technology management, currently serving as Senior Director of Data Governance & Literacy at PlayStation since July 2014. With a focus on building a first-class data culture, Henry has developed actionable operational boundaries for data while enhancing data literacy across the organization. Previously, Henry held various roles at PlayStation in data governance, as well as at CSAA Insurance Group, where significant improvements were made to a low-maturity data governance program. Early career experiences include roles at Citigroup, Societe Generale, Fujitsu, and Microsoft, where expertise in technology strategy, data management, and software engineering was cultivated. Henry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada.
