Jenna Minehan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jenna started their career as an Event Assistant with the Telford and Wrekin Council - Events Department in 2014. During their time there, they assisted in organizing and preparing for the annual Family fun day and a two-day festival.
After that, Jenna worked at Glasswerk as an Assistant Promoter for six months in 2015. Jenna was responsible for setting up their own gig nights and assisting in the organization and marketing of gigs and tours.
Later in 2015, Jenna worked as a PR Assistant at Freeman PR for a three-month placement. During this time, they were involved in running PR campaigns for various events and artists, including the Liverpool International Festival of Psychedelia and Liverpool Music Week.
From 2015 to 2016, Jenna worked as a Steward at The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, where they provided customer service and assisted customers in the venue.
In 2016, Jenna joined the Liverpool Empire as a Marketing and Communications Assistant. Jenna'srole involved supporting the delivery of marketing and press campaigns using both digital and traditional forms of marketing and press.
Jenna then transitioned to an IT Procurement Analyst role at PlayStation in 2018. Jenna executed procurement tasks for the business, improving various processes and utilizing their organizational and negotiation skills.
Jenna'smost recent role was at Sony Interactive Entertainment, where they started as a Business Analyst in June 2022. In this role, they liaised with stakeholders, enhanced their leadership and problem-solving skills, and improved various business processes. Jenna was promoted to Senior Analyst in April 2023.
Throughout their work experiences, Jenna has developed strong skills in project management, leadership, problem-solving, facilitation, negotiation, and customer service. Jenna has certifications in Level 2 Food Safety & Health and Safety, Barista Training, and COSHH.
Jenna Minehan attended Ercall Wood Technology College from 2005 to 2010. Jenna then pursued a BTEC / A-Level at New College Telford from 2010 to 2012. Finally, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Music, Theatre and Entertainment Management at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts from 2013 to 2016.
