Jim Khongkham

Jim Khongkham started their work experience as a Security Operator at GBprotect in April 2012. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing and analyzing high-severity traffic alerts and escalating issues to resolver teams and engineers. Jim then worked as a Junior Security Analyst from June 2014 to March 2015, performing security analysis and investigating security events. Following this, they were a Security Analyst from March 2015 to December 2015 at GBprotect, where they analyzed security event data, identified potential security incidents, and provided recommendations for vulnerability management. Jim Khongkham currently works at Sony Interactive Entertainment as a Security Analyst, starting in August 2016.

Jim Khongkham obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information System Security from Westwood College - Denver North, where they studied from 2009 to 2011.
