Kyoko Takeda

Senior Manager - Diversity Equity & Inclusion / HRBP at Sony Interactive Entertainment

Kyoko Takeda has a strong background in various roles within the Sony corporation. Kyoko started their career in 2005 at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, where they worked in sales and marketing until 2008. Kyoko then transitioned to Sony, where they held marketing positions from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they joined Sony Electronics as a marketing manager from 2011 to 2014. Takeda returned to Sony in 2015 as a human resources manager, focusing on diversity and inclusion and labor relations, until February 2021. Currently, they serve as a Senior Manager in Diversity Equity & Inclusion/HRBP at Sony Interactive Entertainment, beginning in March 2021.

Kyoko Takeda completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yokohama National University between 2000 and 2005. Furthering their studies, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a specialization in EMPA at the Hertie School of Governance from 2014 to 2015.
