Claudia da Costa

Claudia DA COSTA has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR development and change management. Claudia currently works at Sony Interactive Entertainment as the Head of People/HR Manager/HR Director/HR Development, where they are responsible for transition management and the implementation of HR development policies. Claudia has been with Sony Interactive Entertainment since November 2022.

Prior to their current role, Claudia worked at Exterion Media France as the HR Development Director from November 2009 to June 2022. During their tenure, they implemented various HR development initiatives, such as GPEC tools, HRIS implementation, digital learning, teleworking support plan, digital transformation support plan, and more. Claudia also played a key role in establishing employer branding, mapping competences, and implementing management 3.0.

Before joining Exterion Media France, Claudia worked at Generix Group as the Acquisition and Learning Manager, where they were responsible for recruitment, mobility, and training. Claudia also supported the onboarding of new teams during a merger acquisition. Additionally, Claudia has previous experience as a Competences Development Officer at Chronopost and as a Recruitment and Search Officer at COGEPLAN.

Claudia DA COSTA obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Psychologie du travail from Faculté de Sciences Humaines et Sociales - Sorbonne (Université Paris Descartes) in the academic year 1995-1996. Claudia also holds a Certificate in English level, which was obtained from EF English Live in May 2023.
