Mette Rahunen

Mette Rahunen has a diverse work experience history. Mette started their career in 2010 as a Finance Assistant at Suomen Lähikauppa Oy, where they handled accounting and purchasing invoices. In the following years, they worked as a Finance Department Assistant at Baxter Oy, responsible for handling invoices, payments, travel expenses, and digitalization of legal documents.

In 2012, Rahunen joined Elisa as a Salesperson and later transitioned to a Customer Service Agent role, where they provided outsourced multi-platform customer service and trained new services.

From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Project and Communication Specialist at Meyer Turku, collaborating with project managers to define and execute communication plans, test plans, and training plans. Mette also coordinated the creation of training materials and organized training sessions for key users and end users.
