Jeroen van der Meer

Jeroen van der Meer is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience in marketing and management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Marketing for Legacy Recordings at Sony Music Entertainment since October 2013, Jeroen has contributed to notable projects involving renowned artists such as Bob Dylan, Michael Jackson, and Cyndi Lauper. Prior to this role, Jeroen founded Sonic Panda, a consultancy firm that advised artists and labels on marketing and promotion, and co-managed The Hold Steady at Death Or Glory LLC. Jeroen's career at Sony Music spans several positions, including VP of International Marketing and Marketing Director for Epic Records, beginning in 1995. Jeroen holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and attended Stedelijk Gymnasium.
