Oliver Gutschik has extensive experience in music and digital transformation, currently serving as Director of Strategic & Digital Transformation at Sony Music Entertainment since July 2016. Previous roles at Sony include Innovation Board Member and Strategic & Digital Projects Manager, along with experience in international marketing and market research. Before Sony, Oliver held an international marketing internship, worked as a barkeeper, and founded Out Of the Ordinary, a brand focused on showcasing artists and musicians. Additional experience includes customer service roles and agency leadership in the financial sector. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media Management/Music Management from Hochschule Macromedia and has pursued studies in history and cultural science at Justus Liebig University Giessen and California State University Channel Islands.
