Ian Boardman

Ian Boardman is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and finance law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Sony Pictures Entertainment since December 2022, Ian previously worked at DLA Piper LLP from July 2011 to December 2022 as a Corporate & Finance Associate, and briefly held the position of Summer Associate Law Clerk at Brown Rudnick LLP in 2009.
