Kiel Hauck

Kiel Hauck is the current Director of Marketing at Soofa. Prior to this, Kiel served as the Director of Content at MakeMyMove from October 2021 to June 2022. Kiel was also the Director of Marketing at Polly from June 2021 to October 2021. Before that, Kiel worked as the Director of Marketing at Pavilion from February 2020 to June 2021. In this role, Kiel was responsible for developing a digital marketing strategy that elevated the MonsterConnect brand and aligned with business priorities, customer and consumer insights, and industry trends. Kiel also tracked company revenue from new business accounts and renewals, identifying key revenue sources and opportunities for growth. Furthermore, Kiel optimized the sales pipeline and tracked opportunities across stages to determine sales cycle for various lead sources and forecast future revenue.

Prior to working at MonsterConnect, Kiel served as the Director of Creative Strategy at Share Your Genius from July 2019 to February 2020.

Kiel Hauck graduated with a B.S. in Mass Communications from Northwestern Oklahoma State University and later received certification from the Rising Executives School at the Pavilion.
