Heather Hoover

Heather Hoover has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Heather began their career as a Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym in 2009 before moving to Town Sports International- BSC as a Personal Trainer in 2010. Heather then worked at Fitness Together® as a Sales Manager & Personal Trainer from 2011 to 2014.

In 2012, Heather served as a Guest Services Manager at Homewood Suites by Hilton before transitioning to Fitness Together® once again, where they worked as a General Manager from 2015 to 2018.

In 2018, Heather took on the role of Assistant Manager at Indigo Salon And Day Spa before becoming the Spa and Front Office Manager at Briar Barn Inn from 2018 to 2019.

In 2019, they joined Knead- Corporate Wellness as an Operations Manager and later became the Director of Operations, Business Development & Client Services until 2021.

From 2021 to 2022, Heather worked as an Independent Vacation Property Manager before joining Soothe as an Account Manager- Luxury Spa & Hospitality Partnerships in 2022. Heather was later promoted to the role of Senior Account Manager- Luxury Spa & Hospitality Partnerships in 2023.

Heather Hoover's education history is as follows:

From 2002 to 2005, Heather attended Stoneleigh Burnham School where they studied Equestrian/Equine Studies. Heather then went on to Centenary College from 2005 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Riding instruction and equine training.

In 2006, Heather enrolled at Greenfield Community College, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General until 2008. During that time, they also attended Macquarie University in 2007 to focus on Marketing, advertising, and public relations.

In 2009, Heather obtained a Personal Trainer Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) while studying at UMass Boston for Exercise Physiology until 2011.

Heather has also obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they obtained a Nutrition Career Diploma from Penn Foster Education. In 2009, they earned a Customer service specialist certification from Hilton. In 2013, they became a Cancer Exercise Specialist through the (Official) Cancer Exercise Training Institute. In 2014, they obtained certifications in Functional Flexibility from the Gray Institute and Kettlebell training from SCW FITNESS EDUCATION. In 2017, they obtained a Prenatal & Postnatal Exercise Certification from Fit For Birth. Lastly, in 2019, they earned certifications in Youth Fitness Specialist from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) and CPR from the American Red Cross.
