Ricardo Pinho

Ricardo Pinho has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2004 as Manager at SUMA. In 2007, they took on a trainee role at aicep Portugal Global, and also became a Board Member and Production Director at Mota-Engil. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Researcher at Strelka Institute, and then a Business Development Manager at Mitrelli from 2013 to 2017. Most recently, in 2021, they became Head of Business Development at SoPact.

Ricardo Pinho has a varied educational background. Ricardo obtained an Engineer's degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidade Católica Portuguesa between 1997 and 2003. Ricardo then completed an Erasmus program at Czech Technical University in Prague between 2002 and 2003. Ricardo went on to obtain an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2010 and 2012. Ricardo also completed an Executive Education Program in Impact Investing at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2016. Finally, they obtained an MSc in Cities from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 2016 and 2018.
