With over 20 years of retail information systems experience, Todd has held various leadership positions in the retail industry.

Todd has extensive experience leading teams through system implementations and supporting business teams to optimize systems for operational success. Todd has a track record of successfully implementing retail and operational applications, including HCM, payroll, point-of-sale, retail merchandising, client relationship management and warehouse management.

Todd has applied his operational and team-building skills for some of Sophelle’s major retail clients, including Claire’s, Crocs, and Loyal Companion.
