Antoine Huyghe

Antoine Huyghe is a seasoned professional in bioinformatics with significant experience in data analysis and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager at SOPHiA GENETICS since November 2014, Antoine leads a team focused on validating client analytical workflows while also overseeing goal and deadline setting. Previously, Antoine held roles as Data Analyst/Bioinformatician, providing expertise in high-throughput sequencing data analysis and developing custom NGS analysis pipelines. Antoine's academic background includes a PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of Geneva, complemented by advanced degrees in Computer Science and Biochemistry from the University of Strasbourg. Prior work experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at the Université de Genève and a bioinformatics position at the Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève, where Antoine contributed to innovative research in microbial DNA microarrays and human microbiome analysis.
