Stan Cherel

Stan Cherel has a diverse work experience in the fields of sales, business development, and research engineering. Stan began their career as a Research Engineer at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center from September 2010 to December 2011. Stan then worked as a Sales Representative at Gene X-Press from May 2013 to May 2016. Following this, they joined SOPHiA GENETICS and held various roles including Business Development Manager from May 2016 to April 2017, Regional Sales Director for LATAM from May 2017 to October 2019, Sr. Sales Director for LATAM from October 2019 to July 2021, and currently serves as the Vice President of Sales for the US since August 2021.

Stan Cherel has a diverse education history. Stan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oklahoma from 2010 to 2011. Stan Cherel also has a M. Eng. degree in Bioengineering, which they obtained from Polytech Clermont between 2006 and 2010. In addition to these degrees, Stan Cherel holds a certification in Commercial Relation Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
