Role Summary

Product Support Engineers assist in the ongoing delivery of new integration features, as well as provide operational support for the existing system. This is a varied role requiring flexibility to maintain, troubleshoot, debug and document complex systems, and to work well with both internal and external customers with various levels of technical knowledge.

What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with the development team to assist with the delivery of new functionality
  • Document configuration processes and data interpretations for a variety of audiences
  • Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and understand varied security data-sources
  • Analyse and transform varied security data sources for standardisation and further processing, with reference to industry standard frameworks
  • Ensure the smooth running of the production environment through system monitoring
  • Co-ordinate production Incident Management response working with Customer Support and Incident Management teams to investigate and respond to arising issues
  • Help platform optimization ensuring cost effective provision of service

What You Will Bring:

  • 2+ years Cybersecurity industry experience
  • Experience in the analysis of large datasets
  • Experience with Computer Networking technology
  • Familiarity with JSON data structures
  • Familiarity with REST APIs
  • Experience of agile development methodologies preferably Scrum or Kanban
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
