Benjamin Jupp has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Benjamin started their career at Sophos Plc in 2003, working as a Technical Support Assistant and later as a Technical Support Engineer. In 2004, they joined Sophos as a Technical Support Specialist and quickly progressed to Senior Technical Support Specialist and then to Senior Technical Support Specialist - Global. Benjamin then became a Senior Technical Specialist in Global Support Services in 2010. Most recently, they held the position of Director - OEM Integration Engineering at Sophos.
Benjamin Jupp completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing from Oxford Brookes University from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a BTEC Advanced General National Vocational Qualification in Information Technology from Lewes Tertiary College between 1998 and 2000. Benjamin also holds a certification as an Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist, obtained in 2007 from Apple.
