Dennis Daniel

Dennis Daniel has a solid work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Dennis started their career as a Cyber Security Analyst and Team Lead in the United States Air Force in 2016 and held this role until December 2021. Following this, they joined NASA as a SOC Watch Officer from January 2022 to August 2022. Dennis then transitioned to the Air National Guard as a Cyber Intelligence Analyst from December 2021 to February 2023. Currently, they are employed at Sophos, where they have worked as a Threat Analyst III since August 2022 and now serves as the MDR - Team Lead, Threat Operations.

Dennis Daniel's education history includes obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity Engineering from SANS Technology Institute starting in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2017 to 2021. In 2016, they attended the Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC) focused on Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare.
