Rashmi Garde

Rashmi Garde has extensive work experience in the legal sector. Rashmi is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Sophos, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to joining Sophos, Rashmi worked at Centrify Corporation as the General Counsel from September 2015 to January 2020. Rashmi also served as the General Counsel at BloomReach from 2014 to 2015 and at Marin Software from 2011 to 2014. Rashmi began their career as a Legal Consultant and Contractor for Technology Companies in 2010 before joining VMware, Inc. as the Vice President and General Counsel from 2001 to 2009.

Rashmi Garde holds a J.D. degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a B.A. degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
