Sahar Ghaferin

Sahar Ghaferin is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in network support and technical operations. Currently serving as a Global Escalation Engineer at Sophos since December 2023, Ghaferin previously held roles at Sophos as a Network Security Support - L2 and Technical Support Engineer from March 2017 to July 2022, providing support and solutions for WAN/LAN connectivity issues. Prior to that, Ghaferin worked as a Network Operations Analyst at Nova Networks and spent over a decade at the Social Security Organization focusing on network and application support. Ghaferin holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Tabarestan University.
