Victoria Townsley

Victoria Townsley has an extensive work experience in the field of internal communications and employee experience. Victoria is currently working as the Senior Director of Internal Communications and Employee Experience at Sophos since 2017. Prior to this, they held various roles at Sophos including Director of Internal Communications (Global) and Senior Internal Communications Manager (Global). Before joining Sophos, they worked at Vodafone as an Internal Communications Manager from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they have experience in internal communications management at Oxfordshire County Council from 2005 to 2016 and at The Midcounties Co-operative from 2003 to 2005. Victoria started their career as a Marketing Executive at Internetworking Strategies (INSL) from 2000 to 2003.

Victoria Townsley obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from King's College London, completing their education between 1996 and 1999.
