Asmara Hadi has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Asmara started their career at AT&T in 2004 as a Clients Sales Director, where they led and mentored a sales team across various markets. Under their guidance, the team achieved a significant increase in revenue attainment. Asmara then served as Sales Operations Director, where they developed customer acquisition strategies and implemented data analytics to drive sales revenue. Asmara also played a key role in enhancing CRM tools and creating user-friendly resources for sales forecasting and prospecting. In 2014, Asmara transitioned to the role of Director of Product Marketing, where they managed a team and led strategic planning for product lines, focusing on digital marketing strategies and integrated multi-touch campaigns. Asmara'sexpertise in marketing extended to areas such as email marketing, online advertising, webinars, tradeshows/events, and paid search. Most recently, Asmara joined Soprano Design in 2019 as the North America - Channel Partner Director & Business Development, where they developed and implemented strategies to grow revenue through partnerships, mobile operators, and strategic alliances. Asmara led a team of sales directors and constructed a new partnership framework to effectively manage channel opportunities. Asmara Hadi completed a Graduate Certificate in Data Driven Marketing from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2017. Prior to that, Asmara pursued a degree in Management Information System with a focus on Computer Science from California State University, Bakersfield. Additionally, Asmara obtained an Associate's degree in Data Driven Marketing from Heald College. In 2021, Asmara further enhanced their skill set by obtaining certifications in Challenger Fundamentals - Core Sales Skills and Challenger Fundamentals - Sales Coaching from Challenger.
