Todd Jackson

Todd Jackson currently serves as General Counsel for SOPREMA USA since January 2014, bringing extensive legal expertise in business law, including areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and real estate matters. Prior to this role, Todd held the position of Chief Counsel at Soprema from May 2007 to April 2010 and was a partner at Weston Hurd from May 2010 to December 2013, where Todd advised senior management on various legal matters. Todd began their legal career at Seeley, Savidge & Aussem, followed by positions at McNeal, Schick, Archibald & Biro and Weston Hurd, where Todd established a business practice group. Todd holds a J.D. from Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a B.B.A. in Business Management, graduating cum laude from Kent State University.
