Shirley Lachman-Birger

Shirley Lachman-Birger has worked in a variety of roles in the banking and technology industries. Shirley began their career in 2004 as a Project Manager in the Group Strategy division of Discount Bank, where they were the winner of the CEO Honors Award in 2005 for outstanding performance. In 2007, they joined Bank Leumi בנק לאומי and held various roles, including Project Leader for Strategy and Regulation, Project Lead for CRM (Salesforce), Customer Experience Strategy Leader, and Business Strategy Specialist. In 2019, they joined Pepper (Banking) as Head of Strategic Project Management. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Sorbet as Director of Operations and Head of Tech. Operations.

Shirley Lachman-Birger received their MA in QA and Statistics from the University of Haifa between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they earned their BA in International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1999 and 2002.
