Margaret Heald

Margaret Heald is an experienced footwear designer currently serving as a Senior Footwear Designer at Sorel since December 2015. Prior to this role, Margaret worked at Columbia Sportswear from 2004 to December 2015, where responsibilities included Senior Product Designer for accessories and equipment, Senior Graphic Designer for graphic tees, Graphic Designer focused on fabric prints, trims, and graphic tees, and Production Artist for product graphics. Earlier career experience includes working as a Freelance Agency Broadcast Producer at Sasquatch Advertising from 2001 to 2003 and as a Film and Video Commercial Producer at Limbo Films from 1998 to 2001. Margaret holds a Bachelor's Degree in printmaking and painting from Middlebury College and a Bachelor of Science in graphic design from The Art Institutes, with additional education from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts.
