Ann Bardsley has a diverse work experience that spans over several roles and companies. Ann started their career as a Features Reporter for Deseret News from November 1984 to July 1986. Ann then joined the University of Utah as a News and Communication Specialist from September 2001 to October 2006, where they generated university news stories and managed media relations.

In November 2006, Ann joined Sorenson Communications as a Senior Public Relations Manager. Ann quickly transitioned to become the Director of Public Relations, responsible for leading corporate communication strategy, supporting the brand strategy, crafting targeted messaging, and managing crisis communication efforts. Ann also oversaw the production of success stories, newsletters, and website content. Currently, Ann serves as the Director of Public Affairs and Community Advocacy.
