Landon Potter

Landon Potter has a diverse work experience in various roles within the legal and compliance field. From 2012 to 2023, they worked at Vivint, where they held positions such as Head of Ethics and Compliance Investigations, Deputy Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, and Assistant General Counsel. In these roles, they were responsible for managing legal and regulatory matters, developing compliance programs, and conducting internal investigations. Prior to their time at Vivint, Landon served as the Regional Legal and Sales Operations Manager at Pinnacle Security, where they focused on sales and operations management. Landon also worked as an Attorney at the Law Offices of Landon B. Potter, P.C., where they negotiated contracts and settled disputes. Additionally, they worked as Of Counsel at Diaz and Larsen for a year. Currently, Landon is serving as the Head of Compliance and Ethics at Sorenson Communications.

Landon Potter earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy from Utah State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Landon Potter has also completed additional certifications, including the Compliance Systems Certificate Program and the Data Science with SQL and Tableau Certificate Program, both from Cornell University.
