Laurie Woodland

Laurie Woodland, MBA HRM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as HR Core Programs Manager at Sorenson Communications since July 2017, overseeing HR projects across various functional areas such as Employee Experience, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition since September 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at HR Service, Inc., providing HR management and employment law solutions, and as Human Resources Manager at OnSite Care, where Laurie managed HR for Family Medicine health clinics in Utah and Arizona. Laurie also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Aetna Inc. for over a decade, where responsibilities included managing HR operations for 250 employees and developing leadership training programs. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Business Administration from LeTourneau University.
